Tato práce se zabývá studiem aktivního místa aldehyddehydrogenasy 21 (ALDH21) z mechu Physcomitrella patens. Teoretická část je zaměřena na rešerši současných poznatků o mechu P. patens a nadrodině rostlinných aldehyddehydrogenas. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on a study of the active site of aldehyde dehydrogenase 21 (ALDH21) from the moss Physcomitrella patens. The theoretical part summarizes the present knowledge of moss P. patens and plant aldehyde dehyderogenase superfamily. The practical part deals with site-directed mutagenesis of PpALDH21 gene, heterologous expression of the mutant variants in Escherichia coli and purification …more
