Abstract:

Úvod: Mobbing se dostal do popředí zájmu jako jev, který negativně ovlivňuje zdraví a°život jednotlivců a°stejně negativně působí na organizace. V oblasti zdravotnictví jsou sestry nejrizikovější skupinou, která je mobbingem ohrožena. Mobbované osoby častěji trpí stresovou bolestí hlavy, bušením srdce, vysokým krevním tlakem, dechovými obtížemi, nespavostí, úzkostí a°depresemi. Má vliv na výskyt vyšší absence u°pracovníků, rozvoj syndromu vyhoření a°zvyšuje pravděpodobnost chybovosti. Výskyt mobbingu na pracovišti vážným způsobem narušuje pracovní vztahy a°zasahuje všechny pracovníky. Negativně se výskyt mobbingu promítá i°do organizací, které často zaznamenávají vyšší nemocnost a°fluktuaci zaměstnanců. Cíl: Hlavním cílem disertační práce bylo zjistit míru výskytu mobbingu u°sester v akutní lůžkové péči. Dílčími cíli pak zjistit vzájemné vztahy mezi mobingem a vybranými zdravotními dopady na zdraví sester, dále pak zjistit vzájemné vztahy Metodika: Byla provedena kvantitativní, průřezová, popisná studie. Byly použity výzkumné nástroje Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised (Einarsen, Hoel, 1999) a°General Health Questionnaire-28 (Goldberg, Hillier, 1979). Byla provedena jazyková validace GHQ-28 metodou zpětného překladu. Dotazníkové šetření probíhalo od listopadu 2020 do května 2021. Získaná data byla hodnocena pomocí popisné statistiky, vzájemné vztahy byly hodnoceny pomocí Spearmenova korelačního koeficientu. Výzkumný soubor budou tvořily všeobecné a°praktické sestry, pracující na odděleních akutní péče ve všech krajích České republiky. Výsledky: Celkem se zapojilo 715 sester z 19 spolupracujích zdravotnických zařízení poskytující akutní lůžkovou péči. Zkušenost s negativními činy uvedlo 79,30 % sester. Po zhodnocení prahových hodnot, sebeoznačení a frekvence negativních činů lze tvrdit, že obětí mobbingu je 27,13 % sester zapojených do studie. Jako nejčastější negativní činy na pracovišti sestry udávaly nepřiměřenou pracovní zátěž, přidělování práce pod úrověň kompetencí, vystavení pomluvám, zadržování informací důležitých pro výkon profese, opakované připomínání chyb a omylů a ignorování. Mobbované sestry udávaly výrazně více problémů v oblasti zdravotního stavu zejména v oblasti somatických symptomů, úzkostnosti a nespavosti. Byla prokázána vysoká vnitřní konzistence screeningového nástroje GHQ-28. Závěr: Výsledky výzkumného šetření potvrdily výskyt mobbingu jako negativního jevu u vybraného vzorku sester. Mobbované sestry udávají zhoršení zdravotního stavu, zejména fyzických symtomů. Screeningový nástroj GHQ-28 je vhodný pro použití v českém sociokulturním prostředí u širokého vzorku dospělé populace.

PhDr. Mgr. Radka Kozáková, Ph.D. Introduction: Mobbing has come to the forefront as a phenomenon that negatively affects the health and life of individuals. It also affects the organization in the same negative way. In the field of healthcare, nurses are the most at risk of those endangered by mobbing. Mobbed people often suffer from stress headaches, palpitations, high blood pressure, difficulty breathing, insomnia, anxiety and depression. It influences the occurrence of higher absence of workers, development of a burnout syndrome and higher error rate. The occurrence of mobbing in the workplace seriously disrupts employment relationships and it affects all the workers. The incidence of mobbing is also negatively reflected in organizations that often experience higher morbidity and staff turnover. Aim: The main aim of the doctoral thesis was to determine the incidence of mobbing in nurses in the acute inpatient care. The partial goals were to find out the mutual relations between mobbing and selected health impacts on the health of nurses. Methodology: A quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive study was performed. The research tools Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised (Einarsen, Hoel, 1999) and General Health Questionnaire-28 (Goldberg, Hillier, 1979) were used. GHQ-28 language validation was performed by the reverse translation method. The questionnaire survey took place from November 2020 to May 2021. The obtained data were evaluated using descriptive statistics, mutual relations were evaluated using Spearmen's correlation coefficient. The research group consists of general and practical nurses working in the acute care departments in all the regions of the Czech Republic. Results: A total of 715 nurses from 19 cooperating medical facilities providing acute inpatient care got involved. 79.30% of nurses reported experience with negative acts. After evaluating the limit values, self-labelling and the frequency of negative acts, it could be stated that 27.13% of nurses involved in the study have been the victims of mobbing. The following most common negative acts in the workplace were given: excessive workload, assigning work below the level of competencies, exposure to slander, withholding information important for the profession, repeated reminders of mistakes and errors, and disregard. The mobbed nurses reported significantly more problems in the area of health, especially in the area of somatic symptoms, anxiety and insomnia. The high internal consistency of the GHQ-28 screening tool was demonstrated. Conclusion: The results of the research have confirmed the occurrence of mobbing as a negative phenomenon in a selected sample of nurses. Mobbed nurses report deteriorating of their health, especially physical symptoms. The GHQ-28 screening tool is suitable for the use in the Czech socio-cultural environment in a wide sample of the adult population.
