Abstract:
Cieľom bakalárskej práce je analyzovať štát ako subjekt medzinárodného práva, štátne hranice a pohraničný režim a medzinárodnoprávne postavenie štátnych orgánov pre medzinárodné styky. V jednotlivých kapitolách sú opísané jednotlivé zložky štátu ako subjektu medzinárodného práva a ich všeobecný výklad so zámerom poskytnúť ucelený pohľad na ich aktuálnu právnu úpravu.
