Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku firemních cílů, způsob jejich stanovování a nástroje, které jsou určené pro jejich dosažení. The diploma thesis is focused on the problematics of corporate goals, the way of setting them and tools that are used to achieve them. The aim of the thesis is to describe and analyze financial and non-financial goals of BOSCH DIESEL, s.r.o., how are these goals related to each other and what tools the company uses for their fulfillment.
