The Bachelor thesis is focused on the status of an entrepreneur as a legal entity of commercial law. The first chapter describes an entrepreneur by Commercial Code. Bakalárska práca je zameraná na postavenie podnikateľa ako subjektu obchodného práva. Prvá kapitola opisuje podnikateľa podľa Obchodného zákonníka. Druhá kapitola skúma spôsob nadobudnutia a zánik statusu podnikateľa. Tretia kapitola sa zaoberá konaním podnikateľa fyzických osôb a právnických osôb.
