Financial Management of the City Zlaté Hory in the Context of Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract:

Ekonomické dopady pandemické situace spojené s šířením koronavirové nákazy jsou patrné nejen na úrovni mezinárodní a národní, ale také regionální a místní. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit vliv pandemie covidu-19 na hospodaření města Zlaté Hory. Bude provedena deskripce a analýza finanční situace města před propuknutím pandemie (od roku 2017) a komparace s hospodařením během ní. Stanovený předpoklad negativního dopadu pandemie na hospodaření výše uvedeného města bude ověřován nejen prostřednictvím vývoje příjmů a výdajů, ale také na základě změny v jejich struktuře.

Abstract:

The economic impact of the pandemic situation associated with the spread of coronavirus infection is evident not only at the international and national level, but also at the regional and local level. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on the economy of the city of Zlaté Hory. A description and analysis of the financial situation of the city before the pandemic (as of 2017) and a comparison with the management during the pandemic will be made. The established assumption of a negative impact of the pandemic on the economy of the above-mentioned city will be verified not only through the development of revenues and expenditures, but also on the basis of a change in their structure.
