Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku Smrti a umírání z pohledu nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků na interním oddělení. Teoretická část je věnována stručnému úvodu do problematiky umírání a smrti. Dále jsou zmíněny formy paliativní medicíny a syndrom vyhoření, jeho stádia, léčba a prevence.Empirická část práce se zabývá zpracováním dotazníkového šetření, zaměřeného na zdravotnické asistenty a všeobecné sestry, a zmapování jejich pohledu na danou problematiku. Součástí je i zhodnocení cílů a očekávaných výsledků průzkumu.

Abstract:

Bachelor´s work is focused on issues of Death and dying through eyes of paramedical staff of internal medicine department. The teoretical part is focused to a brief familiarization with the problem of dying and death. Further there are mentioned forms of palliative medicine and burnout syndrome, its stages, treatment and prevention. The empirical part of my work deals with the processing of survey focused on medical assistants and general nurses and mapping their view of the issue. It also includes the evaluation of the goals and expected results of the survey.
