Games and toys in a preschool child's life

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou hry a hračky v životě dítěte předškolního věku. Na základě poznatků z odborné literatury jsem vypracovala teoretickou část, kterou jsem rozdělila do čtyř kapitol. V první kapitole se věnuji historickému vývoji hry a hračky. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na samotnou hru a její význam v životě dětí předškolního věku, dále na její znaky a rovněž na hru spontánní. Ve třetí kapitole se věnuji současné hračce a jejímu významu ve hře dětí. Dále jsem zpracovala podkapitolu, která se zabývá vzhledem hračky, kritérií a vhodností pro děti. Poslední čtvrtá kapitola je zasvěcena dětem předškolního věku a jejich vývoji. V empirické části jsem využila kvantitativní metodu pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Nástrojem pro získání informací byl dotazník, který jsem sama vypracovala. Dotazníky byly určeny učitelkám mateřských škol a rodičům dětí předškolního věku. Díky vhodně zvolené metodě se domnívám, že jsem došla k požadovanému cíli.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis deals with the games and toys´problematic in the life of the preschool aged children. According to the information which I found in a specialized literature, my theoretical part is divided it into four chapters. In the first chapter I mention the historical progress of the games and toys. Second chapter focuses on the game itself and its importance in the life of the preschool agend children. Furthermore I paid an attention to its attributes and also to the spontaneous games. The third chapter I devote to the current toys and their purpose in the children´s play. Then I also write a subchapter devoted to the design of the toys, the criteria and appropriateness of the toy itself for the children. The fourth chapter, also the last one of the theoretical part, is devoted to the preschool aged children and thein development. In the empirical part the quantitative method done by a questionnaire survey is used. The questionnaires is created by myself. These questionnaires were meant to be filled by the nursery school teachers and also by the parents of the preschool agend children. Thanks to appropiately chosen method I assume that I achieved the goal of my thesis.
