The thesis focuses on the analysis of migration flows to the Czech Republic and evaluation of the adequacy of the migration policy of the Czech Republic. Defines basic terms, explains the dynamics of migration, its benefits and drawbacks. The work elaborates Czech legislation regulating the issue of migration in its territory.
