Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o organizaci práce v HR oddělení s cílem navrhnout jeho efektivní složení a rozdělení práce. Teoretická část se věnuje organizaci práci v podniku a následně v HR oddělení, jejíž součástí je současné pojetí řízení lidských zdrojů, které je nezbytné k pochopení role personalistů v podniku.
