Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hypotečním úvěrem, jeho legislativou a základními parametry. Následně uvádí největší nebankovní a bankovní poskytovatele a jejich nabízené hypoteční úvěry na pořízení nemovitosti pro bytové účely. Bachelor´s thesis deals with the mortgage loan, the legislation and the basic parameters. Then states largest non-bank and bank providers and offering mortgage loans for the purchase of property for residential purposes.
