The anti-inflammatory diet in diseases of the oral cavity

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the relationship of the anti-inflammatory diet and its importance in diseases of the oral cavity. The theoretical part briefly describes the anatomy and the most common diseases of the oral cavity. The main part describes the principle of anti-inflammatory diet and the role of nutrients in inflammation. The practical part of the thesis consists of case reports of patients with diseases of the oral cavity, in which the evaluation of nutritional habits and analysis of nutritional consumption was based on the taken nutritional history and a three-day record of the diet.

Abstract:

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vzťahom protizápalového charakteru stravovania a jeho významom pri ochoreniach ústnej dutiny. Teoretická časti práce stručne opisuje anatómiu a najčastejšie vyskytujúce sa ochorenia ústnej dutiny. Hlavná časť popisuje princíp protizápalovej diéty a úlohu živín pri zápale. Praktická časť práce pozostáva z kazuistík pacientov s ochoreniami ústnej dutiny, u ktorých prebehlo zhodnotenie výživových zvyklostí a analýza nutričnej spotreby na základe odobratej nutričnej anamnézy a trojdňového záznamu stravy
