Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Podniková logistika: řešení vybraného problému“ je zavedení nového regálového systému do prostoru montážní linky s cílem snížit potřebný čas a množství zde uskladněného materiálu a optimalizovat soubor činností v tomto prostoru. První, teoretická část je zaměřena na popis vnitropodnikových materiálových toků a logistických koncepcí Kanban a Just in Time. V druhé, praktické části je provedena analýza vnitřního toku materiálu, včetně používaných koncepcí Kanban a Just in Time a analýza současného systému uskladnění materiálu u montážní linky. V závěru této části je uveden návrh řešení včetně jeho vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

The scope of this bachelor thesis “Business logistics: solution of a problem” is the introduction of a new rack system into the area of assembly line in order to reduce the required time and quantity of materials stored there and to optimize the range of activities in this area. The first, theoretical part is aimed at the description of internal material flow and logistics concepts Kanban and Just in Time. In the second, practical part is an analysis of the internal flow of material, including the use of concepts Kanban and Just in Time, and analysis of the current system for material storage assembly line. At the end of this section is given design, including its evaluation.
