Práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Zabývá se islamofobií (neopodstatněnou hostilitou vůči islámu). Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jak jedinec, u něhož se projevuje islamofobie, vnímá islám a muslimy. Cíle je dosaženo prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu, přičemž designem výzkumu byla zvolena případová studie. Abstract:
This thesis consists of a theoretical part and an empirical study. It deals with Islamophobia (an unfounded hostility towards Islam). Main goal of the thesis is to find out how Islam and Muslims are seen from an Islamophobic individual perspective. The main goal is reached via qualitative research (case study).
