Abstract:
Práce si klade za cíl analyzovat a popsat sociální péči o zaměstnance realizovanou v letech 1970 až 1980 ve Vítkovických železárnách. Je sledována tvorba interního programu sociálního zabezpečení i to, jak byly tyto normy v podniku aplikovány. V práci je využita kvalitativní metoda historického výzkumu. This thesis deals with the topic “Social policy of Vítkovice Ironworks in 1970-1980”. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and describe the social policy from the perspective of the evolution of the general social care of Vítkovice Ironworks’ workers during 1970-1980.
