Stanovení velikosti tlakové licí formy se zaformováním odlitků do tvarových vložek v rámech formy

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce srovnává dvě metody výpočtu velikosti vtokového zářezu. Výsledné vtokové soustavy jsou porovnány v několika faktorech. Hlavním zkoumaným faktorem je zachycený vzduch v odlitku, dále velikost formy a odpadovost. Cílem je vyhodnotit, která metoda je vhodnější.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis compares two methods of calculating the size of the inlet system. The resulting inlet systems are compared in several factors. The main investigated factor is entrapped air in the casting, as well as mold size and wasted material. The goal is to evaluate which method is better.
