Sexual Harassment and other kinds of Discrimination in Industrial Relations
Abstract:
Cílem práce bude zhodnotit stav a vývoj zákonných prostředků boje proti sexuálnímu obtěžování a diskriminačních praktikách v rámci pracovněprávních vztahů s komparací na pravidla platná v Evropské unii. Praktickým výstupem bude návrh změn důležitých v aproximaci práva po vstupu do Evropské unie.
Abstract:
The aim of the project will assess the status and development of legal means to combat sexual harassment and discriminatory practices in the context of labor relations in comparison to the rules applicable in the European Union. A practical output will be important in the approximation of laws after the entry into the European Union.
