Homelessness from the Point of View of the Specialised Literature and the Homeless

Abstract:

Název mé bakalářské práce je ?Bezdomovectví z pohledu literatury a očima lidí bez domova?. Cílem práce je srovnat teoretický obraz problematiky bezdomovectví s tím, jak ji vnímají lidé bez domova. Bakalářská práce je v zásadě zpracována do dvou částí: první část se opírá o fakta z odborné literatury a druhá část je založena na projektu výzkumu u lidí bez domova. V teoretické části definuji bezdomovectví, uvádím typologii a příčiny bezdomovectví. Popisuji vybrané problémy lidí bez domova: zaměstnanost, zdravotní stav, sklony k závislostem, vztahy s rodinou a okolím. Věnuji se také stylu života osob bez přístřeší. Uvedu i dostupné výzkumy učiněné v rámci území České republiky. Na tyto výzkumy navazuji projektem kvantitativního výzkumu v druhé části mé bakalářské práce. V závěru věnuji pozornost etické rovině výzkumu.

Abstract:

The title of the following bachelor thesis is ?Homelessness from the Point of View of the Specialised Literature and the Homeless?. The aim of my thesis is to compare the theoretical view of the homeless issue with the point of view of the homeless people. The thesis is basically divided into two parts: the first part is based on the Specialised Literature and the second part is based on the project of research of the homeless people. In the theoretical part, I define the homelessness, I state types and causes of the homelessness, as well as I deal with the selected problems of homeless people: unemployment, health conditions, addictions, family relations and social relations. I also deal with the way of life of the homeless. I present the available researches done in the Czech Republic. In the second part of the thesis I continue with the project of research. At the end, I write about ethical layer of the research.
