Bakalářská práce se zabývá hospodářskou a majetkovou trestnou činností v lesním hospodářství. Práce bude řešena na základě analýzy a následné syntézy judikátů zabývajících se trestnými činy v lesnictví podle zjištěných nejčastějších druhů trestných činů. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with economic and property crime in forestry. The thesis will be solved on the basis of analysis and subsequent synthesis of case law dealing with forestry crimes according to the most frequently identified types of crimes.
