Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje simulacím sondových měření v plazmatu. Jsou zde zkoumány vlivy parametrů sondy na sondová měření pro různé parametry plazmatu. Sledovány jsou především sondové charakteristiky, profily koncentrací nabitých částic a profily potenciálu elektrického pole. Abstract:
This thesis deals with numerical simulations of probe measurements. The influences of probe parameters on probe measurements in variety of plasmas were studied. The main interest was focused on I-V characteristics, number density profiles and profiles of electric potential.
