Bakalářská práce se zabývá přistěhovalectvím do České republiky a jeho vlivem na mzdy a zaměstnanost na trhu práce. Jsou vymezeny pojmy spojené s migrací a ukázáno několik nejpoužívanějších migračních teorií s důrazem na základní neoklasickou teorii. The bachelor thesis deals with immigration to the Czech Republic and its impact on wages and employment in the labor market. Terms related to immigration are defined and a demonstration of some of the most used migration theories with emphasis on basic neoclassical theory.
