Tato práce se zabývá teorií lidského kapitálu. Část práce je věnována vývoji teorie v ekonomickém myšlení, dále jsou vysvětleny nové druhy kapitálu, popsány rozdíly mezi lidským potenciálem, kapitálem a lidskými zdroji. This thesis deals with human capital theory. It deals with evolution of this theory in economic thinking, as well as explaining the new types of capital, describing the differences between the human potential, human capital and human resources.
