Financing Options of a Company Focused on Financial Leasing and a Bank Loan

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována možnosti financování investičního záměru podniku. Samotná práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. Obsahem první části je seznámení s důležitostí investice z pohledu rozhodování, plánování a hodnocení efektivnosti včetně jejich metod. Následně jsou charakterizované možnosti financování investičního záměru se zaměřením na dlouhodobý majetek. Kapitola o komparaci financování prostřednictvím leasingu a bankovního úvěru uzavírá teoretickou část. V praktické části je demonstrováno na skutečném příkladu financování investice finančním leasingem a bankovním úvěrem, kde jsou srovnány výhody a nevýhody obou nabídek.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis offers an insight into the possibilities of the financing investment intents of a company. The thesis itself is divided into several chapters. In the first one the reader discovers the importance of investing from the perspective of decision making, planning and effectiveness evaluating including the practical methods. In the next chapter, the reader gets to know the possibilities of the financing investment intents with a focus on long-term assets. The theoretical part ends with comparison of leasing investment financing and a mortgage. The practical part demonstrates the leasing investment and a mortgage on a real life example where the pros and cons of these both offers are evaluated.
