Cílem diplomové práce identifikovat nejčastější demotivující faktory pro výkon funkce v managementu se zaměřením na vrchní sestry. V teoretické části spojuje autorka motivační teorie s pracovní motivací a procesem demotivace. Zdroje demotivace odhaluje pomocí specifických frustračních faktorů. The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify the most common frustrating factors of the performance of a function in management with a focus on head nurses. In the theoretical part, the author connects motivational theory with work motivation and the process of demotivation. It reveals the sources of demotivation using specific frustration factors.
