Tématem diplomové práce je Padělání a pozměnění peněz. V této práci se zabývám zejména právní úpravou, ochrannými prvky českých bankovek, zákonem o oběhu bankovek a mincí. Cílem diplomové práce je využít poznatky získané z vlastní praxe přepážkové pracovnice v České poště a zároveň z literatury a příslušných zákonů. The topic of the diploma thesis is Counterfeiting and alteration of money. In this work I deal mainly with legislation, security features of Czech banknotes, the law on the circulation of banknotes and coins. The aim of the diploma thesis is to use the knowledge gained from the counter practice of the Czech Post as well as from the literature and relevant laws.
