Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá významom fyzických osôb ako subjektov obchodno-právnych vzťahov ako aj ich komparáciou. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá obchodno-právnymi vzťahmi vo všeobecnosti, ako napríklad vznikom a právnou úpravou. Druhá kapitola popisuje subjekty obchodno-právnych vzťahov, v našom prípade fyzické osoby.
