Legalizace prostituce jako krok ve prospěch veřejného zájmu

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem prostituce, jako hojně se vyskytujícím jevem nejen v současné společnosti, ale i v minulosti. V práci je rozvedeno, jakým způsobem prostituce zasahuje do fungování veřejnosti jako samotný faktor. Dále pak informuje o jevech s praktikováním prostituce úzce spojených. Práce také pojednává o zlomovém momentu legalizace prostituce na našem území a jeho dopadech.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of prostitution, as a frequently occurring phenomenon not only in contemporary society but also in history. The thesis explains how prostitution interferes with the functioning of the public as a factor. Furthermore, it informs about the phenomena with the practice of prostitution closely connected.
