Abstract:
Předložená práce je zaměřena na problematiku sociálního klimatu na pracovišti "open space". Cílem práce je zanalyzovat sociální klima ve velkoprostorové kanceláři ve společnosti Aimtec, a na základě tohoto šetření navrhnout doporučení či opatření pro vhodnou podobu budoucího sociálního klimatu v organizaci. The presented thesis is focused on the issue of social climate of the "open space" office. The goal of the thesis is to analyze the social climate in an "open space" office in Aimtec and to propose recommendations or measures for a suitable future social climate in the organization.
