Práce se zabývá problematikou divadelního managementu a zhodnocení obecných aspektů manažerské práce se zaměřením na vlastní mechanismy uměleckého prostředí, zvláště pěveckého oboru. Věnuje se vývoji divadelního prostředí po roce 1989 až dodnes, definování obecné funkce divadla a jeho významu ve společnosti a očekávanými atributy osoby manažera v rámci celého divadelního procesu. The dissertation work deals with the theory of theatre management and the aspects of managerial work within the artistic field and its own mechanism focusing mainly on the character of vocal singing.
