Předmětem této bakalářské práce je diagnostika keratokonu a možnosti jeho léčby. Nejprve se krátce věnuji fyziologii a anatomické stavbě rohovky. Další část práce se již zabývá samotným keratokonem. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na jeho symptomy, etiologii a klasifikaci. Diagnostice keratokonu a konkrétním diagnostickým přístrojům je věnována třetí kapitola. Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the diagnosis of keratoconus and the possibilities of its treatment. First of all, I briefly discuss the physiology and anatomical structure of the cornea. The next part of the thesis concerns with keratoconus itself. The second chapter focuses on its symptoms, etiology and classification.
