Abstract:

Fibrinolýza je fyziologický a vysoce kontrolovaný proces mnoha aktivátorů a inhibitorů. Mezi produkty fibrinolýzy patří fibrin/fibrinogen degradační produkty (FDP) a D-dimery (Ddi), které jsou využívány jako markery trombotických stavů. Své uplatnění našly také u pacientů s covid-19. Abstract:

Fibrinolysis is a physiological and highly controlled process of many activators and inhibitors. Fibrinolysis products include fibrin/fibrinogen degradation products (FDP) and D-dimer (Ddi), which are used as markers of thrombotic conditions. They have also been used in patients with covid-19.
