Abstract:

Hlavním cílem práce je v návaznosti na popis nezaměstnanosti jako společenského problému identifikovat vhodné postupy sociální práce u sociálně vyloučených osob. Dílčím cílem práce je navrhnout soubor doporučení pro sociální práci se sociálně vyloučenými osobami v oblasti nezaměstnanosti. Práce obsahuje pět hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole je věnována pozornost problematice nezaměstnanosti. Uvedeny jsou druhy nezaměstnanosti, míra nezaměstnanosti v České republice, role Úřadu práce. Přiblížena je pasivní a aktivní politika zaměstnanosti. Pojednáno je také o dopadu nezaměstnanosti na společnost zejména ve smyslu ekonomickém a ve spojitosti s vyšším výskytem sociálně patologických jevů ve společnosti, zmíněny jsou i dopady na úrovni jednotlivce. Druhá kapitola práce se zabývá detailnějším popisem nezaměstnanosti u sociálně vyloučených osob. Definována jsou specifika těchto osob a popsány jsou také sociálně vyloučené lokality. Pozornost je věnována především motivaci těchto osob k získání a udržení zaměstnání a bariérám, kterým musí v souvislosti se zaměstnaností čelit. Třetí kapitola práce pojednává o sociální práci s touto cílovou skupinou. Zmíněny jsou tři hlavní přístupy v sociální práci se sociálně vyloučenými osobami, stručně je též charakterizována profese sociálního pracovníka, s důrazem na význam jeho angažovanosti. Čtvrtá kapitola práce shrnuje další možnosti pomoci a podpory těmto jedincům, a to ze strany Úřadu práce a dalších odborníků. V závěru čtvrté kapitoly je popsán příklad dobré praxe sociální práce se sociálně vyloučenými osobami, zastoupený projektem Hledáme řešení v Moravské Třebové. V návaznosti na teoretická východiska, koncepci daného projektu a osobních poznatků z ně jsou v páté kapitole práce uvedeny doporučení týkající se vhodného přístupu pomoci a podpory sociálně vyloučeným osobám při hledání a udržení zaměstnání. Hlavní zjištění a též zkušenosti s projektem jsou uvedeny v závěru práce.

Abstract:

The main aim of the thesis is to identify appropriate social work practices for socially excluded people in relation to the description of unemployment as a social problem. A sub-objective of the thesis is to propose a set of recommendations for social work with socially excluded persons in the field of unemployment. The thesis contains five main chapters. In the first chapter attention is paid to the problem of unemployment. The types of unemployment, the unemployment rate in the Czech Republic, the role of the Labour Office are presented. Passive and active employment policy is presented. The impact of unemployment on society is also discussed, especially in the economic sense and in relation to the higher incidence of socially pathological phenomena in society; the impact at the individual level is also mentioned. The second chapter of the thesis deals with a more detailed description of unemployment among socially excluded persons. The specifics of these persons are defined and socially excluded localities are also described. Attention is paid in particular to the motivation of these people to obtain and maintain employment and the barriers they face in relation to employment. The third chapter of the thesis deals with social work with this target group. Three main approaches to social work with socially excluded people are mentioned, and the profession of the social worker is briefly characterised, with an emphasis on the importance of its involvement. The fourth chapter of the thesis summarises other possibilities of assistance and support for these individuals, from the Labour Office and other professionals. At the end of the fourth chapter, an example of good practice of social work with socially excluded persons is described, represented by the project Looking for a solution in Moravská Třebová. In connection with the theoretical background, the concept of the project and personal knowledge from it, the fifth chapter of the thesis presents recommendations concerning the appropriate approach of assistance and support for socially excluded persons in finding and maintaining employment. The main findings and also the experience with the project are presented in the conclusion of the thesis.
