The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for a small bistro specializing in vegetarian gastronomy. The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro malé bistro se specializací na vegetariánskou kuchyni. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. První část popisuje převážně účel a strukturu podnikatelského plánu. Kromě toho jsou zde popsány jednotlivé formy podnikání v České republice.
