Magisterská diplomová se zabývá kariérovým rozvojem lektorů dalšího vzdělávání. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na kariéru a kariérový rozvoj lektorů dalšího vzdělávání. Ke specifičtějšímu popisu kariérového rozvoje lektorů využívám model možných směrů kariérového rozvoje.
