Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První je rešeršního typu a shrnuje poznatky o genomu, AT/GC frekvencích, chromozomech a jejich vztazích k ekologickým a geografickým parametrům a fylogenezi. Druhá část se zabývá metodikou měření velikosti genomu a výpočtem AT/GC poměru v čeledi Apiaceae. Abstract:
The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first of them is of a recherchal character. The findings about the genom, DNA amount, AT - GC genomic frequences and chromosomes and their relations with ecological and geographical parametres as well as phylogeny are summed up here.
