Prostredníctvom tejto práce analyzujem štruktúru transakcií konkrétnej spoločnosti z pohľadu DPH a jej vplyv na cash–flow. Čitateľ sa oboznámi s dejinami daňovníctva, súčasnými pravidlami zdaňovania DPH, tiež s konkrétnou spoločnosťou a príkladmi z jej transakcií súvisiacich s DPH.
