Anotace:

Ve své diplomové práci "Zvládací strategie streetworkerů v kontextu překročení hranic jejich vztahu s klienty" se zabývám strategiemi, které terénní pracovníci používají ke zvládání důsledků situací, kdy došlo k překročení hranic jejich vztahu s klienty. Pomocí hloubkových rozhovorů s nízkoprahovými terénními pracovníky se snažím docílit pochopení, jak na problematiku hranic nahlíží, jaké zkušenosti s držením a překračováním hranic mají, jaké důsledky překročení hranic za dobu své praxe vypozorovali a jaké strategie používají ke zvládání těchto důsledků. Tato empirická data pak srovnávám s teoretickými východisky získanými na základě studia odborné literatury. Smyslem této diplomové práce je tak pochopit, jak na problematiku hranic streetworkeři nahlíží a jaké strategie používají ke zvládání důsledků situací, kdy byly hranice překročeny. Praktickým přínosem práce je pak sebrání dobré praxe, která může posloužit jako inspirace streetworkerům, kteří mají zájem či potřebu se o této problematice více dozvědět. Práce zahrnuje 33 997 slov (od úvodu po závěr, bez poznámek pod čarou).

Abstract:

In this thesis "Field workers´ coping strategies in the context of crossing the boundaries of their relationship with the client" I focus on strategies used by field workers to cope the consequences of crossing the boundaries of their relationship with the client. By interviewing low-threshold field workers I attain to understand how the boundaries issue is seen through their perspective, what experiences with keeping or crossing the boundaries do they have, what consequences of crossing the boundaries they have noticed during their practice and what strategies do they use to cope these consequences. I compare those empirical data to the theoretical background I acquire throught the literature. The purpose of this thesis is to comprehend how the boundaries issue is seen through the field workers perspective and what strategies do they use to cope the consequences of crossing the boundaries situation. Practical benefit of the thesis is that the functional practice is collected, which may help to find an inspiration to those field workers, who want or need to learn more about this issue. The thesis contains 33 997 words (from the introduction to the conclusion, without footnotes).
