Activities of the components of the Integrated Rescue System in the event of natural disasters.

Anotace:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza součinnosti složek Integrovaného záchranného systému v České republice při živelních pohromách. Záměrem je charakterizovat součinnost, koordinaci, kooperaci a komunikaci složek Integrovaného záchranného systému při řešení odlišných druhů živelních pohrom. Za účelem dosažení cíle práce jsou realizovány kvalitativní forma výzkumu a SWOT analýza. Cílovými respondenty výzkumu jsou členové Hasičského záchranného sboru, Policie České republiky a Zdravotnického záchranného sboru. Analyzováno je rovněž řešení konkrétního případu živelné pohromy z minulosti proběhlého na dálnici D2. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývá dostatečná připravenost, součinnost i koordinace jednotlivých složek Integrovaného záchranného systému při řešení živelních pohrom. Zjištěna je dobrá materiálová i technologická vybavenost složek. Popsány jsou způsoby vzdělávání, kooperace a komunikace členů Integrovaného záchranného systému při řešení živelních pohrom.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of the interaction of the Integrated Rescue System in the Czech Republic during natural disasters. The intention is to characterize the interaction, coordination, cooperation and communication of the Integrated Rescue System components in dealing with different types of natural disasters. In order to achieve the aim of the thesis, a qualitative form of research and SWOT analysis are implemented. The target respondents of the research are members of the Fire Rescue Corps, Police of the Czech Republic and the Medical Rescue Corps. Also analyzed is the handling of a specific case of a natural disaster from the past that took place on the D2 motorway. The results of the research show sufficient preparedness, synergy and coordination of individual components of the Integrated Rescue System in dealing with natural disasters. The material and technological equipment of the units is found to be good. The methods of training, cooperation and communication of the Integrated Rescue System members in dealing with natural disasters are described.
