Bakalářská práce porovnává, analyzuje a vyhodnocuje dosavadní vývoj hypotečních úvěrů a úvěrů ze stavebního spoření a odhaduje jejích budoucího vývoje. Popisuje legislativní rámec, obecnou charakteristiku a dosavadní vývoj. Práce porovnává vybrané hypoteční banky a stavební spořitelny. Bachelor’s thesis compares, analyses and evaluates the current development of mortgage credits and building saving loans and estimates of its future development. Describes the legislative framework, general charakteristics and development to date. My work compares selected mortgage banks and building societies.
