Tuto diplomovou práci věnuji faktoringu, jako jedné z forem alternativního financování. V úvodní části popisuji ekonomickou podstatu faktoringu, jeho pozici v legislativní úpravě ČR a v zahraničí. Krátce poukazuji na některé odlišnosti ve smluvních podmínkách největších poskytovatelů faktoringových služeb na domácím trhu, pramenících z dosud chybějící samostatné právní úpravy. This diploma thesis is devoted to factoring as a form of alternative financing. The first part describes the economic substance of factoring, its position in the legal regulations to the CR and abroad.
