Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje edukaci pacienta s poruchou cyklu metabolismu močoviny. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní informace o poruchách cyklu močoviny, její příčiny, klinický obraz, terapie, diagnostika a následné komplikace. This bachelor’s thesis deals with the education of a patient with regards to their illness, which in this case is a urea cycle disorder (UCD). The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part begins with a summary of the basic information about UCDs; their causes, clinical pictures, therapies, diagnoses and subsequent complications.
