Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem ?Sociální práce a priority dalšího rozvoje v oblasti sociálních služeb pro seniory? definuje prvopočátky sociální práce, její vývoj a cíle. Zabývá se systémem sociálních služeb v České republice, legislativní úrovní a prioritami v této oblasti. V této práci je možné získat informace o subjektech a objektech sociálních služeb, o smluvních vztazích a o možnostech financování těchto služeb. Pojednává o problematice spojené s demografickým vývojem obyvatel České republiky a nabízí další eventuality rozvoje v oblasti poskytování sociálních služeb pro seniory. Definuje profesi sociálního pracovníka a psychická úskalí pomáhajících profesí. V této práci je možné nalézt informace o standardech kvality sociálních služeb a jejich pozitivní a negativní aspekty při postupném zavádění do praxe. Charakterizuje vývojovou etapu stáří a její kladné i záporné stránky. Rozebírá danou problematiku a umožňuje nahlédnout nejen do oblasti života našich spoluobčanů v seniorském věku, ale zároveň odhaluje možné budoucí vize a směry v poskytování sociálních služeb pro tuto cílovou skupinu.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis titled "Social work and priorities for development in the field of social services for the elderly" is defined Origins of Social Work, and its development objectives. It deals with the system of social services in the Czech Republic, the legislative levels and priorities in this area. In this thesis, it is possible to obtain information about subjects and objects of social services, on contractual relationships and how to finance these services. It discusses the problems associated with demographic developments and population of the Czech Republic and offers other contingencies in the development of social services for seniors. It defines the profession of social worker and mental difficulties related professions. In this thesis, you can find information about quality standards of social services and their positive and negative aspects of the gradual implementation. It characterized developmental stage of old age and the positive and negative aspects. It analyzes the issues and provides to insight not only into the lives of our fellow citizens are elderly, but also reveals a possible future vision and direction in providing social services for this target group.
