Experiential learning of primary school teachers

Abstract:

Anotace Tématem magisterské diplomové páce je zkušenostní učení učitelů základních škol. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část představuje tři základní okruhy témat – zkušenostní učení v pojetí teoretických konceptů, zkušenostní učení jedince v prostředí školy jako organizace a specifika učení učitelů základních škol. Empirická část se skládá z metodologického postupu a výsledků výzkumného šetření. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem učitelé zpracovávají profesní zkušenosti, jak je reflektují a jak se z nich učí.

Abstract:

Annotation The topic of this master thesis aims to examine experiential learning of elementary school teachers. Thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part presents three basic subject areas - experiential learning in the concept of theoretical concepts, experiential learning in school as an organization and specifics of learning elementary school teachers. Empirical part contains methodological process and presentation of research results. The goal of the thesis is to examine how teachers handle professional experience, how they reflect it and how they learn from it.
