Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou překladů divadelních her do Českého jazyka na konkrétním příkladu díla ´Bulger´ vlámského dramatika Klaase Tindemanse. Cílem práce byla především produkce překladu divadelního textu, který by mohl obohatit repertoár českých dramatických kroužků pro děti. Vedle praktického výstupu obsahuje práce i část teoretickou. Ta mimo jiné analyzuje teorii ekvivalence a na jejím základě uvádí příklady z praktické části. Dále přibližuje specifika divadelní řeči a zmiňuje a rozebírá slova a výrazy v původním jazyce, které byly při překladu problematické.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the problems with the translations of plays to the Czech language, with the illustrative example of ´Bulger´, a play written by Flemish play-writer Klaas Tindemans. The aim of the thesis was the production of the playscript translation primarily, which could enrich the Czech children theatre club´s repertoire. In addition to the practical conclusions the thesis contains the theoretical part. This part analyses, apart of the other things, the equivalence theory and bring some concrete examples from the practical part. Later, it explains some of the stage-language specifics and it mentions and analyses the expressions used in the original language which appeared to be problematic in the translation.
