Mechanisms of action of toxic aromatic compounds in vitro.
Abstract:
V této práci jsou shrnuty výsledky zabývající se vlivem modelového prozánětlivého cytokinu na různé toxické efekty, způsobené aktivací AhR, v jaterní progenitorové buněčné linii WB-F344 odvozené z jater potkana, kdy jsme se zaměřili zvláště na deregulaci buněčné proliferace v kontaktně-inhibovaných buňkách, expresi cytochromů P450 1 (CYP1) enzymů a indukci poškození DNA mutagenními ligandy AhR.
Abstract:
The present thesis summarizes the results of our studies exploring the impact of model pro-inflammatory mediator on various toxic effects mediated by AhR activation in a model of rat liver progenitor cells WB-F344, which concentrated especially on deregulation of cell proliferation in contact-inhibited cells and expression of cytochrome P450 1 (CYP1) enzymes or induction of DNA damage and genotoxicity …more
