Diplomová práce se zabývá strukturou českého trhu práce z hlediska vzdělanosti. První část práce podává krátký exkurz do historického vývoje disproporcí mezi nabídkou a poptávkou po konkrétní skladbě vzdělanosti pracovní síly, jejich příčiny a dopady na ekonomický vývoj. This thesis deals with the structure of the Czech labour market and is mainly focused on the role of education. First part describes historical discrepancies between supply and demand of the labour force, its causes and economic development consequences.
