Microbial Quality of Surface Water in Pardubice Region
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením jednotlivých skupin mikroorganismů v povrchových vodách v Pardubickém regionu. Zaměřila jsem se hlavně na důkaz koliformních bakterií, na stanovení celkového počtu aerobních, fakultativně anaerobních mikroorganismů, plísní a kvasinek.
Abstract:
This bachelor work is engaged in the assesment of particular groups of microorganisms in the surface water in the region of Pardubice. I mainly targot the proof of coliform bacteria, the determination of the total number of the aerobic microorganisms, the facultative anaerobic microorganisms, the fungi and the yeasts.
