Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je zlepšování podnikových procesů. Teoretická část práce je věnována definování základních pojmů týkajících se procesů, charakteristice přístupů ke zlepšování podnikových procesů a vybraným metodám analýzy a zlepšování podnikových procesů. V praktické části jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na proces v konkrétním podniku.

The subject of this thesis is business process improvement. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on definiton of the basic terms, related to processes, characterization of approaches to business process improvements and selected methods of business analysis and business process improvements.
