Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu nákladů práce z pohledů jednotlivých skupin účastníků trhu práce s ohledem na české právní prostředí a ekonomickou situaci. Podrobně analyzuje náklady práce z pohledu zaměstnanců, zaměstnavatelů, živnostníků, státu a navrhuje možné alternativy. Bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of labor costs from the perspectives of different groups of labor market participants with regard to the Czech legal environment and economic situation.
