Light design in night scenes in theatre and cinematography with the emphasis on the use of blue colour
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl uvést čtenáře do světa filmového a divadelního svícení v kontextu tvorby nočních scén s důrazem na využití modrého spektra. Součástí práce je bohatý obrazový materiál, který doplňuje textovou část a pomáhá čtenáři pochopit dané situace. V praktické část jsou detailně rozebrány filmy Blade Runner a Blade Runner 2049.
Abstract:
Goal of this diploma thesis is to explore and explain to the reader the world of movie and theatre lighting. Main theme is the lighting of night scenes with the focus on use of blue colour. Part of this diploma thesis are copious visual materials that helps to understand better the situations. In the second half of this thesis both movies Blade Runner and Blade Runner 2049 are in depth analysed.
